HOW TO CREATE CUT-THROUGH CONTENT THAT CONNECTS

HOW TO CREATE CUT-THROUGH CONTENT THAT CONNECTS

Let me guess, you pour your time and energy into creating content but it’s not getting the results you want?

Let’s change that!

1️⃣ Don’t post on the fly! This is the biggest mistake you can make. You’re not doing your best work when dropping content on the way to school pick-up. 🏃‍♀️ ⁣

2️⃣Content batching is your best friend. When you content batch you are dedicating time to create strategic thoughtful and meaningful content that align to your goals. This will guarantee you are showing up strong on socials.

3️⃣ Create on-brand visuals to cut through the noise. When I audit my client’s socials, I see time-and-time again great written content hidden behind poor visuals. ⁣

Spend the time setting up Canva (or a similar app) with all your branded content so when you do sit down and content batch it’s easy for you to create branded visuals.

4️⃣ Success always comes back to deeply understanding your customer. Maybe you nail the above 3 points but you’re still not getting the results you want - the answer would lie in the content you are choosing to post. ⁣

Go back and revisit your content pillars and make sure they are aligning with your ideal customer market.⁣

5️⃣ Know your bigger strategy. How does social media fit into your overall business strategy? What role does social media play for your brand? Once you are clear on this, your content should feed into your bigger picture goal.✔️⁣

6️⃣ Variation! You need a good mix of content topics to keep your audience interested and engaged. I like to call this your content pie. Once you know your content pillars, divide up your pie into percentages so you know how much attention to give each topic.⁣
